LVN KlimbNow 1000 Johnson Ferry Road NE, Atlanta, GA 30342 Job Summary We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care, assist with medical procedures, and ensure the well-being of patients in various settings, including medical offices and senior care facilities. The LVN will play a crucial role in supporting patients with infectious diseases and other health conditions, while maintaining accurate medical documentation. Responsibilities Conduct diagnostic evaluations to assess patient health status. Provide direct patient care, including administering medications and treatments as prescribed. Assist in ventilating patients when necessary and perform basic life support as required. Maintain comprehensive medical documentation for each patient encounter. Implement infection control protocols in the care of patients with infectious diseases. Perform gastric lavage and other necessary medical procedures under the supervision of registered nurses or physicians. Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement individualized care plans for patients. Educate patients and their families about health management and disease prevention strategies. Ensure a safe and clean environment for all patients, particularly in senior care settings.
