What You’ll Need:
Active, unencumbered LPN/LVN license in the state of practice Compact licenses must be transferred to the state of residence within 90 days Current CPR certification (hands-on component required) Assistance available to obtain certification after hire TB skin test (within the last 12 months) 6+ months of prior hands-on nursing experience preferred, but not required Reliable transportation Responsibilities Provide compassionate and skilled nursing care to patients in a private duty setting. Perform patient assessments and monitor vital signs to ensure optimal health. Administer medications, IV infusions, and tube feeding as prescribed. Maintain accurate electronic health records (EHR) and adhere to HIPAA regulations. Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized care plans. Assist patients with daily living activities and provide emotional support.
