We are a continuing care retirement community (CCRC),offering a variety of senior lifestyle options includingindependent living, memory support assisted living, and skillednursing/ long-term care. Additionally, the onsite rehabilitationclinic offers inpatient and outpatient physical, occupational, andspeech therapies, and state-of-the-art programs designed to enhancethe quality of life for residents and patients in the localcommunity. Essential Functions, Key Duties, & ResponsibilitiesProvide direct nursing care to residents. Supervise and coordinatethe activities performed by the Nursing Assistants to ensure highdegree of quality care is maintained. Responsible for admission,transfer and discharge of residents. Keep physician and or otherhealth care professionals informed of change in residentconditions. Respond quickly to all emergencies. Perform otherduties as assigned. Comply with all policies and procedures and anyupdates.
Position Requirements Education :
Associate’s orBachelor’s degree in
Nursing Licenses/Certifications:
active RNNurse license that permits practice in the state the associate ishired to work in
Experience :
1 years of Nursing experience
Skills& Abilities:
Ability to demonstrate compassion when working withresidents.
