Mesun Health and Rehabilitation Center is located in Lawrenceville. We are currently seeking a qualified LPN who is committed to delivering compassionate quality care to our patients and who possess strong customer service skills. As an LPN at Mesun, you will be treated as a valuable member of our healthcare team.

Role includes:

Evaluating patient needs through on-going assessments, administering direct care such as nursing procedures and medications, have the ability to reason and use good judgment skills, and must be able to communicate and function as a productive member of the team.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Must have a current and valid license to practice as a LPN in the state of GA and be in good standing.
• Must have a current CPR certification upon hire or obtain during orientation
• Must exhibit excellent customer service skills and a positive attitude toward residents and fellow colleagues
• Must be able to communicate and function productively in the SNF setting
• Experience in SNF Rehab setting is a plus

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide Nursing care under the direction of the DON/Supervisor and in accordance with the standards of Nursing practice/regulations.
• Deliver compassionate quality clinical care that allows patients to attain and maintain their highest physical, mental and psychosocial wellbeing
• Evaluate patients needs through on-going assessments and revise care plans as deemed appropriate
• Provide clinical supervision to CNA’s AND other personnel
