Mesun Health and Rehabilitation Center is a State of the Art Facility conveniently located in a picturesque setting in Lawrenceville. We are currently seeking qualified Licensed Practical Nurses who is committed to delivering compassionate quality care to our patients and who possess strong customer service skills. As an LPN at Mesun, you will be treated as a valuable healthcare team member.
The LPN Role includes:
Evaluating patient needs through on-going assessments, administering direct care such as nursing procedures and medications, can reason and use good judgment skills, and must be able to communicate and function as a productive member of the team.
QUALIFICATIONS
–
- Must have a current and valid license to practice as an LPN in the state of GA and be in good standing.
- Must have a current CPR certification upon hire or obtain during orientation
- Must exhibit excellent customer service skills and a positive attitude toward residents and colleagues
- Must be able to communicate and function productively in the SNF setting
- Experience in SNF Rehab setting is a plus
RESPONSIBILITIES
–
- Provide Nursing care under the direction of the DON/Supervisor and in accordance with the standards of Nursing practice/regulations
- Deliver compassionate quality clinical care that allows patients to attain and maintain their highest physical, mental and psychosocial wellbeing
Hours:
7AM-3PM
- Evaluate patients’ needs through on-going assessments and revise care plans as deemed appropriate
- Provide clinical supervision to CNAs AND other personnel
