Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care under the supervision of physicians and registered nurses. Responsibilities:

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician
• Assist with patient assessments and collaborate with the healthcare team
• Monitor patients’ vital signs and report any changes to the healthcare provider
• Provide wound care and other nursing interventions
• Educate patients and their families on healthcare procedures and treatments
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation

Experience:

The ideal candidate should possess the following skills:

• Proficiency in medical terminology
• Experience in dementia care and primary care settings
• Ability to perform venipuncture and catheterization
• Knowledge of airway management techniques
• Familiarity with durable medical equipment (DME)
