Behavioral Health LPN Jenkins County Medical Center Millen, GA 30442 Overview We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Behavioral Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of behavioral health principles and demonstrate the ability to work effectively with individuals facing various challenges. This role is crucial in providing support, guidance, and therapeutic interventions to enhance the well-being of our clients. Duties Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients’ behavioral health needs. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings. Provide direct support and therapeutic interventions to clients, focusing on behavior modification and skill development. Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to meet evolving needs. Educate clients and their families about behavioral health issues and coping strategies. Maintain accurate documentation of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes in compliance with regulatory standards. Mentor the MHT and other clinical staff. Ability to think and work effectively under stress with frequent interruptions; to move, sit, stand, walk and bend intermittently throughout the work day, lift and/or move up to 50 pounds

QUALIFICATIONS
