Unlock your potential! Job Summary and Qualifications Accepts responsibility and accountability for a designated group of patients. Administers direct and indirect patient care based on scientific principles and guided by the established policies and procedures of Fairview Park Hospital. Proficient in specialty areas as appropriate.

Population served:

Infant, Pediatric, Adolescent, Adult and Geriatric. What you will do in this role: You will maintain overall accountability/responsibility for assigned patients as directed by the RN You will administer medications in accordance with physician orders You will instruct patients and families regarding medications and treatment plans .

What qualifications you will need:

Must be licensed as a Licensed Practical Nurse in the state which you practice and/or hold an active Compact/Multi-State LPN license Must be a graduate from an accredited school of Licensed Practical Nursing Basic Cardiac Life Support, or CPR must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date Fairview Park Hospital is a 175+ bed acute-care hospital serving the City of Dublin, Laurens County, and the surrounding communities.
