Private Duty Homecare Nurse – LPN 3.5 3.5 out of 5 stars Augusta, GA 30901 Interim HealthCare of Augusta is looking for Augusta’s Top Nurses to provide in-home nursing care to some Augusta’s Most Acute & Critical Patients. Do you have what it takes?

WHAT’S INVOLVED?

Continuous Care (shifts 8-hrs to 12-hrs per day x 7-days per week) 1-on-1 Patient Centered Care Provide Care Interventions to treat Patient’s Chronic Condition or Chronic Disease All Patients have Feeding Tube (GTube, JTube, etc), Tracheostomy, as well as Home Ventilator Patients range from Adults to Pediatrics Most have co-occurring disorders such as seizure disorders, etc

EMPLOYMENT REQUIREMENTS

Active Georgia Nursing License (LPN or RN) or Compact Nursing License from a participating state. BLS Provider CPR Certification. Recent TB Skin Test or Chest X-Ray. Experience working with feeding tubes, tracheostomies (trachs), home ventilation, pediatric chronic disease care, and adult critical care.
