This 13-week assignment provides an excellent opportunity for a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) eager to explore Augusta’s Southern charm while delivering top-notch home health care. Responsibilities include medication administration, wound care, and educating patients and families on health management.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver high-quality home health care services, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and providing wound care.
Collaborate with RNs and other healthcare professionals for comprehensive patient care.
Educate patients and families on managing health conditions and self-care practices.
Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and adjust care plans as necessary.
Requirements:
Active GA LPN license (or compact license).
Minimum of 1 year of recent home health experience.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Familiarity with Homecare
