We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our care team supporting retired religious Brothers and Sisters from the Sisters of St. Joseph and the Brothers of the Sacred Heart . This salaried, full-time position involves a mix of independent and assisted living care within a small 23-bed community (currently 19 residents). You’ll enjoy a supportive team, low staff-to-resident ratios, and the opportunity to provide personalized, dignified care in a peaceful setting.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate and transport residents to medical appointments using a company vehicle Set up weekly medication pill organizers and implement physician orders Accurately document all care provided and communicate updates to the healthcare team Lead and supervise a team of 6 CNAs, supporting team collaboration and quality care Assist with daily resident needs, wellness checks, and care plan implementation Foster a respectful and nurturing environment aligned with our mission and values

Qualifications:

Current LPN license in the state of Louisiana Valid driver’s license and clean driving record Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills Experience with geriatric or long-term care preferred Compassionate, team-oriented, and dependable
