Our LPNs works along side our RNs to ensure seamless care for our patients in a variety of home care settings. Responsibilities and Duties Caring for end of life patients with a variety of disease processes. Assisting the RN with assigned visits. Coordinating care with all staff (Social workers, Chaplains, RNs, etc.) Qualifications and Skills Valid Louisiana LPN license. Hospice experience preferred but not required.
