MANAGER POSITION

Duties:

• Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and assisting with procedures.
• Assess and document patient symptoms, progress, and response to treatment.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Assist in the coordination of patient discharge planning and ensure smooth transitions of care.
• Utilize electronic medical record systems to document patient information accurately.
• Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding health promotion, and disease prevention.
• Manages caregivers and overall operations
• Full time and part time available
• Every other weekend

Requirements:

• Valid LPN license in the state of Louisiana.
• Familiarity with electronic medical record systems.
• Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with healthcare team members and patients.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently.
