What You Will Do:
Provide compassionate nursing care under the direction and supervision of a Registered Nurse in the Wound & Hyperbaric Center. Assist with direct and indirect patient care duties across diverse age populations in accordance with the department’s scope of service. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians Participate in patient and family education Collect patient data for R.N. evaluation and care plan development Utilize nursing care plan to guide and support daily assignments Assist in collecting assessment data and report patient status changes to the R.N. Maintain complete and accurate documentation of medications, treatments, and observations Demonstrate knowledge of patient safety standards and infection control Support ancillary nursing staff and recognize potential care crises Perform all other duties as assigned
