The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care in our Skilled Nursing Care community. As an LPN, you will work under the supervision of our Nursing Management Team and physicians, assisting in the delivery of healthcare services while ensuring patient comfort and safety. Responsibilities Administer medications and perform treatments as prescribed by physicians. Monitor patients’ vital signs and report any changes to the healthcare team. Assist with tube feeding and other nutritional support as needed. Document patient care activities accurately in electronic health records, including systems like PointClickCare. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans. Engage in emergency medicine protocols as required during urgent care situations. Requirements Current state licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN). Familiarity with electronic health record systems, particularly PointClickCare. Knowledge of coding practices related to nursing documentation is beneficial. Experience in urgent care or emergency medicine is highly desirable. Ability to perform tube feeding and understand nutritional needs of patients. Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team environment.
