We are hiring experienced and reliable Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our team in a Northern Vermont nursing home . This position requires relocation , and is perfect for someone looking to deliver meaningful care in a long-term care environment. As an LPN, you’ll work alongside RNs and CNAs, providing essential medical support, administering medications, and monitoring patient health with professionalism and compassion. What’s In It for

Housing stipend: $500 a week

- Be first to receive available shifts Responsibilities Conduct diagnostic evaluations and physical examinations to assess patient health status.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians. Assist in laboratory procedures and maintain accurate patient records. Provide care in occupational health settings, ensuring compliance with safety regulations. Support patients in a Level I Trauma Center environment, responding effectively to emergencies. Deliver specialized care for toddlers and children, demonstrating patience and understanding. Offer senior care services, including assistance with daily living activities and tube feeding when necessary. Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement individualized care plans. Educate patients and their families on health management and wellness strategies.
