JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Assess patient health issues and provide appropriate care andadvice Monitor and record patient vital signs and medicalinformation Administer medications, wound care, and other treatments asprescribed by physicians Assist physicians with examinations and procedures Collect patient health histories Educate patients and families about health maintenance anddisease prevention Maintain patient confidentiality Ensure patient safety and comfort Provide emotional support to patients and families Monitor and order medical supplies and medications Participate in team meetings and trainingsessions
Requirements:
EDUCATION and/or
EXPERIENCE
High School Diploma or GED Successful completion of an accredited LPN Program 1-2 Years Hospital or Clinic Experience Preferred
