Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-4:00 PM (some flexibility required)

You’ll support a small number of residents in local group homes — no facility chaos, no conveyor-belt care. What You’ll Do Conduct routine health assessments and document medical needs Monitor for illness, med changes, or health concerns Attend and support participants at medical appointments Act as a liaison between doctors, pharmacies, families, and support teams Audit medication logs and e-MARS to ensure regulatory compliance Provide nursing procedures as needed (per license level) Rotate on-call responsibilities with team nurses — phone-based, consult-first approach Why This Is Different No nights.
