Home Health LPN Position Available In Vermilion, Louisiana

The Home Health LPN will provide care and treatment that allows patients to remain in their own homes and live independently. Responsibilities may include educating patients and their families to ensure high quality of care, documenting patient medical history, taking vitals and identifying patient progress, etc. Additional responsibilities may be determined by the LPN’s supervisor.
