DAY TO DAY AS A LPN STAFFING COORDINATOR

As a Full-Time LPN Staffing Coordinator at Minden Medical Center, you will be responsible for the critical task of planning, organizing, and scheduling nursing departments to meet labor requirement needs effectively. Your role will involve maintaining an ongoing availability of pool and agency personnel to quickly fill staffing gaps, ensuring that our commitment to quality patient care is consistently upheld. You will observe established labor standards and staffing matrices while expertly inputting and monitoring staff schedules in our payroll system, ensuring accurate time transfers to the correct departments and pay codes. Collaborating closely with Managers and the House Supervisor, you will adjust staffing levels as needed throughout the day. Additionally, you may assist with one-on-one patient monitoring when required, showcasing your dedication to both our team and the patients we serve.
