Licensed Practical Nurse(LPN) Job duties include: Assists Health Director in evaluatingresident?s needs, condition, & care. Works with Health Director todevelop & update service plans for individual residents. Assigns ∈structs non-licensed staff on daily duties. Assists Health Directorwith compliance of EOEA regulations. Responsible for processingphysician?s care & medication orders. Maintains unit records & updatescharts in accordance with Thirwood Place policies. Licensed Registered(LPN) Job requirements: Current nursing license valid in MassachusettsCurrent CPR certification Ability to pass a criminal background check &drug test
