01 Under the direction of the attending physician, RN, LeadLPN or practice coordinator, the LPN will provide direct patientcare and assist in the following clinical functions to allproviders Essential Duties and Responsibilities Obtain andaccurately record patient’s vital signs Documents components ofpatient’s history Communicates in an open and appropriate mannerwith patients, visitors and staff Participates in in-officeprocedures under the direction and supervision of a licensedhealthcare provider Performs diagnostic CLIA waived testingPerforms venipuncture to obtain blood for lab testing Prescriptioncall-backs per scope of practice Preps patient’s chart forpertinent clinical information Maintains inventory of supplies, andkeeps patient examination rooms stocked Adheres to AMC’s regulatorycompliance issues Qualifications High School Diploma/G.E.D.
