POSITION DESCRIPTION
The Day Hab RN/LPN Relief is primarily responsible for providing various medical supports to individuals with disabilities in a Day Habilitation program. The RN/LPN provides medical treatment to individuals as needed and is responsible for recordkeeping and communicating with medical providers and advocating for the medical needs of the people we support.
QUALIFICATIONS
Prefer someone who has experience in the direct care of the elderly or disabled. Ability to complete all initial and ongoing background checks.
TRAINING REQUIREMENTS
Must maintain all certification needed in the program including LPN licensure, CPR, First Aid, and Human Rights Training.
