• We are seeking to hire a Licensed Practical Nurse
• LPN.
• All shifts available!
• From $30 per hour plus additional forexperience and shift diffs
• $1,200 Sign-On Bonus for Full-Time

Licensed Practical NurseQualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• NursingLicense
• LPN•Licensed Practical Nurse in MA.
• BLS Certificationrequired.

• Nursing Home:

  1 year (Preferred).

• Must be able tosupervise and delegate.
• LPN•

Licensed Practical Nurse Introduction:

• Assist Unit/Shift Supervisor in planning, organizing, developing, anddirecting the nursing unit activities.
• LPN•

Licensed Practical NurseJob Summary:

• Assist Unit/Shift Supervisor in problem identificationand development of correction plans.
• Check all ill residents early inthe shift, make periodic assessments, report changes.
• Assess residentcare needs for Minimum Data Set, Resident Assessment protocols andInterdisciplinary care plans.
• Report resident condition changes anddocument in Medical Record.
• Administer and record prescribedmedications and treatments.
