YOUR NEW ROLE
As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to perform bimonthly in-home audits and medication and MAR reviews. By assessing and coordinating healthcare services for individuals, you will be the driving force behind their well-being, initiating follow-up and communication of all medical concerns. Your expertise in medication and treatment orders will be invaluable as you maintain current records and note any side effects or adverse reactions. But that’s not all – your responsibilities will also encompass performing physical assessments, including vital signs such as blood pressure, temperature, and weight. You will provide basic wound care, including cleaning and bandaging injured areas when needed. And for individuals requiring G and J tube care, your expertise in this area will be essential to their well-being. YOUR SCHEDULE
You will work Monday – Friday from 10 am – 6 pm with one day off each week, as well as rotating weekends on-call. Per diem hours are also available.
REQUIREMENTS
Current MA LPN license One year of experience as an LPN is preferred but new graduates are welcome!
