Description:
The Registered Nurse provides skilled nursing care to patients in the home setting. Looking for knowledgeable, reliable, flexible, trustworthy and dedicated nursing staff to join a dynamic team of home care nurses. Population includes psychiatric, and medical/surgical patients. RN/LPN (Home Health)
Qualifications :
Current MA Nursing License Valid CPR certification
MINIMUM 1
year of nursing experience – Home Health Care Experience Preferred Excellent assessment and documentation skills required Reliable Transportation Spanish Speaking – Asset but not required
