• Functions in accordance with the professional standards of the Ohioboard of nursing.
• Completes/submits required documentation.
• Delivers effective relationship based nursing care.

• Other Accredited Program:

  Completion of accreditedpractical nurse program or currently enrolled in a nursing program.(Required) Work Experience

• 2 years Nursing Experience (Level IIonly) (Required) Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities
• Knowledge of LPNscope of practice according to the Ohio board of nursing. (Requiredproficiency)
• Uses a wide variety of technical equipment to meetpatient needs and prescribed clinical therapies (ie. stethoscopes,thermometers, sphygmomanometers and electronic monitoring devices)(Required proficiency)

• Level II Only:

  18 CNE’s per year.

• 3CNE’s in clinical specialty
• At least 5 CNE’s in Leadership
• Other CNE requirements will be agreed upon with manager

• Level IIOnly:

• 3 Peer Reviews.
• Committee Involvement.
• 5 criteria withevidence of each.
• Knowledge of LPN scope of practice according tothe Ohio board of nursing. (Required proficiency)
