What You’ll Do:
Lead and support RCAs during daily care
Complete assessments and ensure accurate documentation
Respond to emergencies and collaborate with families, providers, and care teams
Serve as a key leader across both Assisted Living and Memory Care
What You Bring:
Active LPN license
1-2 years of nursing experience (senior care or memory care a plus)
Strong leadership,munication, and teamwork skills
CPR/First Aid certified (or willing to obtain)
