Job Function :

Day Shift. 5×8. Plans and manages patient care based on individual needs. Interviews patients and records their medical history and physical condition. Obtains and monitors vital signs, including pulse, blood pressure, temperature, and respiration. Provides routine patient care, observes health status, and supports patient comfort. Assists healthcare staff and prepares specimens for laboratory processing.

Job Requirements:

Completion of a state-approved LPN program. Current LPN license for the state of Massachusetts. 2 years of LPN experience. Valid BLS certification from the American Heart Association. Epic experience preferred.
