All Shifts Available Responsibilities:

Provide high-quality nursing care to residents in accordance with established protocols and standards of care Communicate effectively with residents, families, and staff members Assist Mandarin-speaking residents with their healthcare needs and ensure they receive culturally competent care Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of resident assessments, care plans, and interventions

Requirements:

Current RN or LPN license in the state of Massachusetts. Fluent in Mandarin. Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities. Prior experience in a skilled nursing facility preferred but not required.
