Adult Medicine Primary Responsibilities:

• Effective delivery andmanagement of direct patient care utilizing the nursing process andadhering to standards of nursing practice
• Provides appropriatecare to adult patients
• Provides pre-visit and post-visittelephonic support and patient education, populating the electronicmedical record with historical information, lab findings, andpreliminary orders to be reviewed by the physician at the nextclinic visit

Required Qualifications:

• Graduate of anaccredited School of Nursing
• Currently licensed as an RN/LPN inthe State of Massachusetts
• Basic Life Support (BLS)/

CPRCertification Preferred Qualifications:

• Certification inspecialty
• 1 years of Medical/Surgical or Specialty experience
• Experience in an ambulatory care setting with telephone triage
• EPIC experience
• Any unit-specific criteria, includingage-specific, technology, and equipment
• Proven excellentinterpersonal, organization, and communication skills The hourlyrange for this role is $28.

61 to $56.06 per hour based on full-timeemployment. Pay is based on several factors including but notlimited to local labor markets, education, work experience,certifications, etc. UnitedHealth Group complies with all minimumwage laws as applicable.
