Licensed Practical Nurse- Assisted Living MemorySupport Full-Time:
3-12 hour shifts a week with a rotating everyother weekend Mount Alverna Village-Parma, OH Mount AlvernaVillage, part of Franciscan Ministries, is a vibrant senior livingcommunity located in Parma, Ohio. We are a continuing careretirement community (CCRC), offering a variety of senior lifestyleoptions including independent living, memory support assistedliving, and skilled nursing/ long-term care. Additionally, theonsite rehabilitation clinic offers inpatient and outpatientphysical, occupational, and speech therapies, and state-of-the-artprograms designed to enhance the quality of life for residents andpatients in the local community. We are currently looking for anLPN to join our team! Position Summary In this role, you will beresponsible for providing direct nursing care for residents as wellas general consultation regarding health-related concerns withinthe community. Essential Functions, Key Duties, & ResponsibilitiesProvide direct nursing care to residents. Supervise and coordinatethe activities performed by the Nursing Assistants to ensure highdegree of quality care is maintained. Responsible for admission,transfer and discharge of residents. Keep physician and or otherhealth care professionals informed of change in residentconditions. Respond quickly to all emergencies. Perform otherduties as assigned. Comply with all policies and procedures and anyupdates.
Position Requirements Education :
Associate’s orBachelor’s degree in
Nursing Licenses/Certifications:
activeLicensed Practical Nurse license that permits practice in the statethe associate is hired to work in
Experience :
