3pm-11pm Mount Alverna Village-Parma, OH Mount Alverna Village,part of Franciscan Ministries, is a vibrant senior living communitylocated in Parma, Ohio. We are a continuing care retirementcommunity (CCRC), offering a variety of senior lifestyle optionsincluding independent living, memory support assisted living, andskilled nursing/ long-term care. Additionally, the onsiterehabilitation clinic offers inpatient and outpatient physical,occupational, and speech therapies, and state-of-the-art programsdesigned to enhance the quality of life for residents and patientsin the local community. We are currently looking for nurses to joinour team! We love our Nursing Staff!

Essential Functions, Key Duties, & ResponsibilitiesProvide direct nursing care to residents. Supervise and coordinatethe activities performed by the Nursing Assistants to ensure highdegree of quality care is maintained. Responsible for admission,transfer and discharge of residents. Keep physician and or otherhealth care professionals informed of change in residentconditions. Respond quickly to all emergencies. Perform otherduties as assigned. Comply with all policies and procedures and anyupdates.
Position Requirements Education :
Associate’s orBachelor’s degree in
Nursing Licenses/Certifications:
active RNNurse license that permits practice in the state the associate ishired to work in
Experience :
1 years of Nursing experience
Skills& Abilities:
Ability to demonstrate compassion when working withresidents.
