As a LicensedPractical Nurses (LPN) you will: Provide in-home direct patientcare according to the provider’s prescribed plan of care (andnursing scope of practice) while closely monitoringprogress/recovery Assess and document patient conditions and reportchange as needed (vitals, blood/stool/urine, glucose, etc.)Administer medication, insulin, and IV/fluids, documentingthoroughly Inspect and care for wounds, changing dressings andassisting with personal hygiene Assess patient for furtherinjuries, infections, bedsores, etc. and deliver appropriatetreatments Collaborate with providers, aides, and allied healthprofessionals to ensure exceptional patient outcomes To qualify fora Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) position with us, you will need:

Educational:

Graduate of a practical (vocational) nursing programfor LPN/LVN and has a current license as a LPN/LVN in the state(s)in which candidate completed at least 1200 hours of experience asan LPN/LVN or completion of the OCan contact ffice’s preceptorprogram

Licensure:
