Responsibilities:

Provide compassionate and professional overnight nursing care to residents with dementia and memory loss. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed. Monitor residents’ health status and respond to changes with clinical judgment. Communicate effectively with families, care staff, and on-call support. Maintain accurate documentation and comply with state regulations. Supervise a team of

CNA/Caregivers Requirements:

Active Massachusetts LPN license (required). Previous experience in dementia or geriatric care preferred but not required—we’ll train the right candidate. A kind heart, a calm demeanor, and a team-oriented mindset.
