Join us and practice holistic nursing with an experienced long-term and dedicated team! We are seeking per diem nurses to work days. Competitive differentials can bring your base rate up! Dress casual and work in a small home environment to support our 12 clients in having full andplete lives.
DUTIES:
Serves as a resource for other direct service, dietary, and housekeeping staff.
Meets the nursing care needs of each individual as outlined in the nursing care plan.
Implements physician’s orders, including administration of medication.
Completes all paperwork as required by applicable regulations, laws, Spurwink policy, and procedure.
Communicates nursing concerns and issues to the physician, DON, and other direct service staff.
Knows and implements all individual active treatment programs.
QUALIFICATIONS
Active Maine RN or LPN, in good standing.
