JOB Description :
Key Responsibilities:
Provide direct nursing care to residents, including medication administration and treatments. Monitor and assess patient conditions, reporting changes to RNs or physicians. Assist with daily activities such as hygiene, mobility, and nutritional needs. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans. Ensure compliance with state regulations, facility policies, and infection control protocols.
