Performs comprehensive health assessments and clinical judgments Performs focused or basic assessments and reports findings Develops, updates, and manages the patient care plan Provide direct patient care Take vital signs Assist with daily living activities Maintain infection control Communicate changes in patient status Offer emotional support and comfort
Qualifications:
