Responsibilities:

Under the direction of a Registered Nurse (RN), the LicensedPractical Nurse delivers efficient and effective nursing care whileachieving positive clinical outcomes and patient/familysatisfaction.

• Evaluate patients/residents to collect data,observe condition and report changes in condition.
• Contribute tonursing assessments and care planning.
• Administer medications andperforms treatments per physician orders.
• Supervise and monitorpatient care provided by unlicensed staff.

Qualifications:

• Mustbe a graduate of an approved school for practical or vocationalnursing.
• Must be currently licensed by the State Board of Nursingor pending licensed practical nurse licensure.
• Must maintaincurrent BLS/CPR certification if employed at a skilled nursingcenter or as required by the state of practice if an assistedliving facility.
