Key Responsibilities:
Provide compassionate nursing care under the guidance of experienced healthcare professionals. Assist in the implementation of care plans tailored to meet the unique needs of each Elder. Administer medications and treatments in adherence to established protocols. Document care and maintain accurate resident records. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive resident care.
Qualifications:
Graduation from an accredited LPN program. Current LPN licensure in the state of Mississippi. Compassionate and dedicated to delivering exceptional care to seniors. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Ability to work shifts as scheduled, including weekends and holidays as needed.
