The ideal candidate will provide high-quality nursing care to patients in various settings, including clinics, hospitals, nursing homes, and medical offices. This role requires a strong commitment to patient care and the ability to work collaboratively with healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Responsibilities Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians. Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes to the healthcare team. Assist with patient assessments and develop individualized care plans. Provide care for patients in specialized areas such as infant care, memory care, and emergency room settings. Support patients with activities of daily living (ADLs) and personal hygiene. Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in compliance with healthcare regulations. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams in clinic, hospital medicine, and internal medicine settings. Educate patients and their families on health management and disease prevention. Ensure a safe and clean environment for patients by adhering to infection control protocols. Requirements Valid LPN license in the state of practice. Experience in nursing home, medical office, or clinic settings preferred. Knowledge of sonography is a plus but not required. Familiarity with caring for individuals with developmental disabilities is beneficial. Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team.
