Reporting to the nursing supervisor, your core responsibilities will include medication administration, catheterization, and patient assessment, while adhering to HIPAA regulations. Develop and implement care plans in compliance with HIPAA regulations. Utilize EHR systems to document patient assessments and maintain accurate records. Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Provide basic life support and monitor vital signs, responding to critical situations as needed. Support patients with developmental disabilities and assist in their daily activities. Qualifications Valid RN or LPN license Proficiency in catheterization and IV insertion-(RN) Experience with EHR systems and care plans Strong knowledge of HIPAA regulations Ability to provide comprehensive patient care and assessment Familiarity with IV infusion techniques and patient management in various settings (RN)
