ABrief OverviewResponsible for assisting the Registered Nurse inimplementing the plan of care for a group of patients andfunctioning in a technical role in providing quality patient care.

What you will do Contributes to the nursing assessment by collecting, reporting,and recording objective and subjective data. Provides direct care in a safe manner. Evaluation of the plan of care on a continuous basis. Effectively communicates in writing and orally withpatients/families and other health team members. Participates in activities designed to improve health caredelivery in assigned area.
