BLENDED RATE

$45 OT RATE $20HR taxed x 40HR = $800 weekly $10 non taxed x40HR = $400 weekly $45HR OT x 8HR = $360 52HR GTD $1740 $30HRLY

$45 OT RATE $20HR taxed x 40HR = $800 weekly $10 non taxed x40HR = $400 weekly $45HR OT x 12HR = $540 Unlimited Over Time at the rate of $45HRLY after 40 hours Assignments is booked as 48 hours week or 52 hours weekly. Start every Monday 12pm – 4pm. Pay every Friday! Duties Provide direct patient care, including bathing, feeding, and grooming. Assist in the management of patients care plan, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality. Practice adequate procedures to prevent infection and maintain patient safety. Conduct routine assessments and monitor patients’ vital signs, reporting any changes to the healthcare team. Work under the direction of a RN. Maintain a clean and organized clinic environment, adhering to all safety protocols. Utilize Point-click care software for patient management, documentation, and scheduling. Experience Must Have one year of geriatric experience. Previous experience working with individuals in the nursing home setting. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with patients, families, and team members.
