EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS/POSITION REQUIREMENTS
Typically requires a Certificate from an Approved School ofNursing, Licensure as an LPN and 0-4 years of experience.
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE IN THE FOLLOWING
Responsible for tracking, trending, and submitting HBIPdata. Carries out the functions of the utilization review program forthe facility in accordance with established policy andprocedures. Collect, analyze, aggregate, and disseminate UR data each monthto the QA Director. Collect, analyze, aggregate, and disseminate assigned QA dataeach month to the QA Director. Other duties as assigned
