Summary We are seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Stone County Rehabilitation and Nursing Center. In this role, you will provide essential nursing care to patients, supporting their recovery and well-being in a nurturing environment. Your contributions will be vital in delivering high-quality healthcare services. Responsibilities Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians. Monitor patient health and report any changes to the nursing staff. Assist with daily living activities, ensuring patient comfort and safety. Maintain accurate medical documentation for each patient. Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans. Educate patients and families on health management and wellness strategies. Requirements Valid LPN license in the state of practice. Experience in a healthcare setting preferred, particularly in rehabilitation or nursing. Strong communication skills for effective interaction with patients and team members. Ability to document medical information accurately and efficiently.
