LPN- Greenville, MS- IDD Waiver

Greenville, MS
Schedule:
Monday-Thursday 7am-5pm
Job Description:
Assess patients’ conditions during every visit and chart your observations. Perform evaluation tasks, including vital signs and medication review. Administer medication as prescribed by the patient’s physician. Provide care as needed to keep the patient comfortable. Make recommendations for devices or tools that might improve the patient’s quality of life. Listen to the patient and respond to concerns or requests.
Job Requirements:
Licensed Practical Nurse with a current valid Mississippi license, Minimum of one year of current nursing experience, Interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills, holds a current CPR card. A reliable, independent means of transportation is required. Drivers must have a valid driver’s license and car insurance limits adhering to the limits established in the personnel policies, Obtains and retains a clear criminal history and related Child Abuse Registry Clearances. Must not be listed on the OIG Exclusion list, Excluded Parties List System (EPLS).
