LPN – MDS
Nurse to join our team. Full-time position benefits include health, dental, vision, life insurance, Paid time off (PTO), and participation in the company 401(k) retirement plan. Role Responsibilities Coordinates and facilitates the timely and accurate completion of both the RAI and Care Management process from admission to discharge in accordance with Company P&P’s, State, and Federal guidelines, and all other entities as appropriate. The MDS Nurse- LPN will work under the supervision of an RN.
Requirements:
Required Skills, Education, Licensure, and/or Certifications Current, unencumbered, active license to practice as an LPN in NC.
