Overview:
- The LPN/RN at Residential Treatment Services of Alamance (RTSA) will provide comprehensive nursing care across all programs, including detoxification, crisis stabilization, and the Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT) program.
This role includes overseeing client admissions, administering medications, managing the intake process, and ensuring compliance with treatment protocols. The LPN/RN is responsible for monitoring residents’ health, responding to medical emergencies, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement effective treatment plans. This position requires proficiency in medical documentation software, and a commitment to delivering compassionate, patient-centered care.

Licensure:
- Must be a licensed LPN or RN in North Carolina.
