Schedule:

Providedirect patient care as defined in State Nurse Practice ActImplement current nursing practice following a comprehensiveassessment and the plan of care Provide accurate and timelydocumentation of patient services to reflect the plan of careAssess and provide patient and family/caregiver education andinformation pertinent to diagnosis and self-plan of careParticipate in the coordination of hospice services, appropriatelyreporting the identified needs to the interdisciplinary group.

Provide appropriate pain/symptom management. Evaluates thepatient’s response to treatments/medications

Qualifications:

Graduate of an accredited practical nurse or a vocational nursingprogram Three years of nursing experience.
